Note: The final calculation of the tyre pressures is only available to subscribers of Weigh That Tow.

Prerequisites:

• Make sure you're logged in and have set up your vehicle and tow (like a caravan or camper) profile in the app.

Steps:

Identify Your Tyres:

• Check the tyres on your vehicle and caravan/camper. You’ll find the details stamped on them, like in the example below:
• Note the type of tyre (single or dual). 'Single' is most common, but choose 'Dual' if your vehicle has two tyres on each side of an axle.
• Write down the numbers like '1550Kg' and '80 PSI'. Also, note the brand and model for easy reference later.

Create a Tyre Entry in the App:

• Open 'Weigh That Tow' and go to the tyre list at the bottom of the screen.
• Click 'Add' at the top right to add a new tyre.
• Enter the details you noted earlier. If you are unsure about minimum values, you can leave them blank.
• After entering the details, click "Add Tyre".
• Add another entry if your vehicle and tow have different tyres.
• Return to the home screen.

Assign Tyres to Your Vehicle:

• Click on the 'Vehicle' tab.
• Click the edit pencil for your vehicle.
• Scroll to the bottom, and choose the tires for your vehicle.
• This screen also allows you to specify a bias for the calculated pressures for the front and rear tyres. This allows for lower pressures on the front and higher on the rear. If you are unsure, leave them at zero; you can adjust these as needed once you identify the pressures for your setup.
• Save changes and return to the main screen.

Repeat for Your Caravan/Camper:

• Select your caravan or camper (If you have one), repeat the same process to add the tyres. Note that there is only one bias setting for the caravan or camper.

View Calculated Tyre Pressures (For Subscribers):

• If you subscribe to 'Weigh That Tow', you can see the calculated tyre pressures on the Vehicle and Tow summary pages.

• These values will adjust as you change the payload in both the vehicle and the camper or caravan. It is recommended to review these values after you have added the cargo and other load items to the selected trip profile.
